Neha Jadhav
Founder
Neha founded Luminous Financial & Tax Advisors, LLC with the idea that everyone deserves a solid financial plan, and it is never too soon to start planning. She believes that once clients understand their options, they become an integral part of their planning process. She firmly believes in working one-on-one with her clients to understand their hopes and dreams fully. In this way, financial planning becomes a collaborative process that benefits the client and enhances their financial literacy, empowering them.
Neha brings over seven years of experience in the financial sector, having worked for world-wide institutions such as Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, and PNC Bank, to name a few. Additionally, she has over 15 years as a small business owner, specifically in the hospitality industry. Neha has a Master’s in Accounting, a minor in Economics and Management Information Systems, and a Business Law Certificate from Cornell University.
Neha is passionate about bringing financial literacy to everyone and has dedicated a large part of her life to sharing her financial background with those who need it the most. This passion has been the driving force behind Ms. Jadhav instituting mentoring programs for high school students and taking opportunities to work with small businesses and individuals whenever possible.
As a wife and working mother to two teenage boys, Neha especially wants to make sure that professionals, young adults, small businesses and business owners understand all of their financial options by working with a trusted advisor.
Treasa Esposito
Director of Marketing and Compliance
Treasa believes that companies work best when clients and team members work together. She is a firm advocate of cooperating and collaborating to bring out the best in each other.
Treasa is a working mother to two young adults. She is passionate about the written word and the many ways words can be used productively. Ms.Esposito has two undergraduate degrees, as well as certification in translation. Currently, she is working towards her M.S. in Digital Marketing.
Treasa is a published children's book author, and she runs her own freelance writing company. Working with small businesses and new companies to help them find their virtual voice is her forte. She has provided content on a wide range of topics covering everything from classic cars' history to rustic design ideas for your home and every imaginable subject in between.
